Georgetown’s sophomore center, Malcolm Wilson was selected to represent the Big East on the NCAA Division I Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (National SAAC). Wilson has been appointed to the Men’s Basketball Oversight Committee as a student-athlete representative. His term on both the National SAAC and the oversight committee goes through May 2022 at which point he will be eligible for reappointment.
“Serving on the NCAA Division I SAAC and being appointed to the Men’s Basketball Oversight Committee is a humbling and tremendous opportunity,” Wilson said. “I take this opportunity very seriously and will commit myself to being the best representative as possible for my teammates, the BIG EAST Conference and all NCAA student-athletes.”
