Nothing like coming off of a perfect day (strutting like George Jefferson).
Can we keep it rolling?
Indiana Pacers +7 vs Houston Rockets
Both teams are fighting for playoff seeding. The Pacers struggled against the Heat’s defensive pressure. They won’t face that sort of pressure against the Rockets. Houston puts pressure on you to continue to score. This will be a high scoring game.
Toronto Raptors -7 vs Philadelphia 76ers
The uncertainty around the 76ers lineup and rotation makes it hard to get a grip on what sort of performance they’ll have today. Uncertainty isn’t a good things when facing the Toronto Raptors.
Miami Heat -3 vs Oklahoma City Thunder
This could be an old-fashion rock fight. Even though both teams have a main star (Jimmy Butler and Chris Paul), the deciding factor will be the players who play their roles as well as anyone in the NBA.
Los Angeles Clippers -4.5 vs Denver Nuggets
The Clippers are close to being completely healthy. Paul George sat for rest and Patrick Beverley is still nursing calf injury. Montrezl Harrell has returned to the bubble but won’t play today.
Denver has an outside chance of catching the Clippers. They probably won’t but today’s game impacts them more than the Clippers.
