The captains announced their pairings for the opening Four-Ball matches and two matches stick out for different reasons.
Match One involves Tiger Woods so all eyes will be on the opening tee shots of the event. Though I still wish Woods didn’t select himself, his presence as a golfer is huge for the Presidents Cup so I somewhat understand.
Match Four has Patrick Reed paired up with Webb Simpson. Those two couldn’t have more different reputations among their peers. If anyone can handle what Reed is going to receive from the gallery, it’s Simpson.
