Note: I’ve had a lot of Jameis jokes but he has played well lately especially with no pressure since they won’t be going to the playoffs.
Buffalo Bills (+6.5) at New England (O/U 36.5)
Pick: New England -6.5
Note: People are shoveling dirt on Tom Brady. If he’s still Tom Brady, this is the time of years he’ll turn it on.
Los Angeles Rams (+6.5) at San Francisco 49ers (O/U 45)
Pick: Los Angeles Rams +6.5
Note: Must win for both teams. Rams are desperately trying to hold on to playoff hopes. The 49ers are in a battle to win the division and have the best record in the conference.
Sunday Games
Jacksonville Jaguars (+7) at Atlanta Falcons (O/U 46.5)
Pick: Jacksonville Jaguars +7
Note: There was probably a collective sigh of relief when it was announced that Tom Coughlin was relieved of his duties.
Baltimore Ravens (-10) at Cleveland Browns (O/U 49.5)
Pick: Cleveland Browns +10
Note: Don’t know how anyone can justify giving the Browns 10 spots in this spot. Bet it and run!
New Orleans Saints (-2.5) at Tennessee Titans (O/U 50.5)
Pick: New Orleans Saints -2.5
Note: This was a tough one but I went with the Saints because they are still playing for something but don’t be shocked to see this come to the end.
Carolina Panthers (+7) at Indianapolis Colts (O/U 46)
Pick: Over 46
Note: Both teams gave their fan bases hope at the beginning of the season. Now they are just playing out the string.
Cincinnati Bengals (Even) at Miami Dolphins (O/U 46.5)
Pick: Miami Dolphins Even
Note: Love the Dolphins in this spot. They’re home with a team that wants to prove they didn’t suck as much as people thought they sucked.
Pittsburgh Steelers (-3) at New York Jets (O/U 37.5)
Pick: Pittsburgh Steelers -3
Note: This is tricky like a Run-DMC song. The Steelers have been getting away with playing D-Rate quarterbacks. Can they get a road win when they desperately need one?
New York Giants (+2.5) at Washington (O/U 42)
Pick: Washington -2.5
Note: A few weeks back I never thought Washington would be favored in a game but the Giants have provided that situation.
Oakland Raiders (+7) at Los Angeles Chargers (O/U 45.5)
Pick: Los Angeles Chargers -7
Note: We will see if Gruden still has the ear of the locker room as they raise the white flag on the season.
Detroit Lions (+7) at Denver Broncos (O/U 38.5)
Pick: Denver Broncos -7
Note: Prior to the trip to Kansas City, the Broncos were playing pretty well. Detroit could be suiting up the dude in the next office at quarterback.
Dallas Cowboys (-1.5) at Philadelphia Eagles (O/U 46)
Pick: Dallas Cowboys -1.5
Note: Jerry Jones’ ego is on the line here. He views himself as the orchestrator of a talented team that was built for this time of year.
Arizona Cardinals (+9.5) at Seattle Seahawks (O/U 51)
Pick: Arizona Cardinals +9.5
Note: Just get the feeling that Seattle will let Arizona hang around.
Kansas City Chiefs (-6) at Chicago Bears (O/U 44)
Pick: Chicago Bears +6
Note: No one should be sentenced to Mitch Trubisky on national TV but here we are.
Monday Night
Green Bay Packers (+5.5) at Minnesota Vikings (O/U 46)
Pick: Green Bay Packers +5.5
Note: Don’t know why but I think A-Rod puts up a classic game in prime time.
