NFL Power Rankings

Whoa. Didn’t expect some of the losses we saw last week. Another shake up in the Power Rankings.

  1. New England Patriots (8-1) – And BOOM… just like that the Patriots jump back to number one despite having a bye week. Next week won’t be easy though.  Next Game: at Philadelphia Eagles
  2. Baltimore Ravens (7-2) – The Ravens treated a bad team like a bad team. That’s a sign of maturity. But they won’t be facing a bad team this week. They’ll need to be on top of their game when they travel to Houston. Next Game: at Houston Texans
  3. Seattle Seahawks (8-2) – What an impressive road win by the Seahawks. In what was the craziest Monday Night game of the season, Russell Wilson overcame what could’ve been a game crushing gaffe, to lead Seattle to a win over the previously undefeated, San Francisco 49ers. Next Game: Bye
  4. San Francisco 49ers (8-1) – Tough loss for the Niners. Missed field goal away from staying undefeated. They’ll need to regroup on a short week. Next Game: vs Arizona Cardinals
  5. Green Bay Packers (8-2) – The Packers head into their bye week as the NFC North division leaders. For all the quarterback-head coach talk, Aaron Jones has been very important to this team. Next Game: Bye
