Maryland Native Demond Nicholson Defeats Devaun Lee

Laurel, MD native, Demond Nicholson, won an eight-round unanimous decision over Devaun Lee this past Friday night at Maryland Live Casino in Hanover, Maryland. Nicholson (22-3-1) won by scores of 79-73 on all cards. Lee competed in the most recent season of The Contender.

Danny Kelly stopped Nick Kisner at the 1:04 mark of the 3rd round. The fight was scheduled for eight. Kelly (10-3-1) floored Kisner twice in the second round and once in the third before the referee stopped the bout.

Malik Loften (4-1) stopped Omar Etheridge at the 2:20 mark of the second round.

Ebrima Jawara (3-1) beat James Early in a six-round unanimous decision. Each judge scored the fight 59-56 in favor of Jawara (Germantown, Maryland).

Jay Stancil III defeated Ransley Washington by unanimous decision (40-36 twice, 39-37)

Baltimore Policeman, Brandon Chambers won a four-round unanimous decision over Christopher Haney. The scores were 40-36 and 39-37 (twice).
